What it means
Checks that the legal entity of the payee (cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity) does not contain cbc:RegistrationDate, the date the company was registered. For the payee (BG-10), only the company registration number (BT-61, in cbc:CompanyID) is allowed from this block, not the date.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The standard has no field for the date a payee was registered, so the recipient's software normally ignores it. It is worth removing when you want a clean report, or when a recipient asks for a file without warnings.
How to fix it
Look for a registration or incorporation date on the payee or company profile in your invoicing software and clear it for e-invoice exports. If you build the XML yourself, delete cbc:RegistrationDate from cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity and keep cbc:CompanyID if you want the registration number.
