What it means
The rule checks the seller's legal entity block (cac:PartyLegalEntity) and fails when it holds a cbc:FullyPaidSharesIndicator. This is a true or false flag in the full UBL standard that says whether the shares of the seller's company are fully paid up. EN 16931 has no field for it.
Why it matters
This is only a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. The flag has no meaning for software that follows EN 16931, so it is ignored. It does not change the amounts, the VAT or who is being invoiced.
How to fix it
Remove cbc:FullyPaidSharesIndicator from cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyLegalEntity and export again. You are unlikely to enter this yourself, so check the export settings or the XML template of your invoicing software. If you cannot switch it off, ask your software supplier to stop sending it. It is worth fixing if you want a file with no warnings; otherwise it does no harm.
