What it means
Every Peppol invoice must contain the seller's electronic address (BT-34), your own Peppol id with its scheme, so the buyer can send a response or a credit note back to you.
Why it matters
Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 adds this rule to EN 16931 so that every access point and receiver can process the invoice the same way. The sending or receiving access point rejects an invoice that fails it, so it never reaches the buyer.
How to fix it
Enter your Peppol id and its scheme in the company settings of your invoicing software, as registered with your access point, and export again. In the XML it is cbc:EndpointID with a schemeID under cac:AccountingSupplierParty.
