What it means
In the Basic, EN 16931 and Extended profiles of Factur-X and ZUGFeRD, an invoice must contain at least one invoice line (BG-25). In the XML that is ram:IncludedSupplyChainTradeLineItem. The check counts these elements and fails when it finds none.
Why it matters
The lines say what is being invoiced. Without them the amounts and the VAT breakdown have nothing to be built from, so the recipient's system rejects the file. The Minimum and Basic WL profiles leave lines out on purpose, but the profile you chose requires them.
How to fix it
Open the invoice in your invoicing software and check that it has at least one line with a description, a quantity and a unit price. A common cause is an invoice made from a template or summary where the lines were left empty, or an export setting that omits them. If you build the XML yourself, add one ram:IncludedSupplyChainTradeLineItem under ram:SupplyChainTradeTransaction for every line.
