What it means
The payment terms contain a PartialPaymentPercent element, the share of the invoice that is due under these terms, used to split a payment into instalments. EN 16931 does not use it. It has one due date (BT-9) and one amount due (BT-115) for the whole invoice.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. The buyer's software does not read the percentage, so an instalment plan that only exists here is lost. It is worth fixing if you agreed instalments with the buyer, because they will not see them.
How to fix it
Remove the PartialPaymentPercent element. Write the instalments in the payment terms text (BT-20), for example 50 % due in 14 days and the rest in 30 days. Keep the due date (BT-9) as the date by which the amount due has to be paid.
