What it means
The settlement section of each line (BG-25) must not contain SpecifiedFinancialAdjustment. Discounts (BG-27) and charges (BG-28) on a line have their own element, SpecifiedTradeAllowanceCharge, which is allowed.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. EN 16931 reads line discounts and charges only from SpecifiedTradeAllowanceCharge, so an adjustment held elsewhere may not be applied. It is worth fixing if the adjustment was meant to change what the buyer pays.
How to fix it
Look at what the adjustment stands for. If it is a discount or a charge on the line, move it into SpecifiedTradeAllowanceCharge with its amount and reason, and check that the line amount excluding VAT still adds up. Then delete SpecifiedFinancialAdjustment.
