What it means
The settlement section of each line (BG-25) must not contain PayableSpecifiedTradeAccountingAccount, an accounting account for payables. The only accounting hint a line may carry is the buyer accounting reference (BT-133), in the ID of ReceivableSpecifiedTradeAccountingAccount.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. The recipient books the invoice in their own accounts, and the standard passes on only the buyer accounting reference. An account given here is ignored.
How to fix it
Delete PayableSpecifiedTradeAccountingAccount from the line. If you want to tell the buyer where to book the line, use the buyer accounting reference field, which is the ID inside ReceivableSpecifiedTradeAccountingAccount. If your software adds the element by itself, look for an accounting or ledger export setting and switch it off.
