What it means
Each discount (BG-27) or charge (BG-28) on an invoice line is checked for an ID element, an identifier or reference for that entry. EN 16931 gives line discounts and charges no identifier, only an amount, an optional base amount and percentage, and a reason.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The recipient ignores the identifier, so the buyer cannot use it to refer back to the discount or charge. It is worth fixing for a clean check result.
How to fix it
Delete the ID from the line's SpecifiedTradeAllowanceCharge in the XML. If the buyer needs to recognise the entry, put a short description in its reason text. If your software adds the ID on export, ask the vendor to turn it off.
