What it means
A tax element (one whose name ends in TradeTax) contains a SpecifiedTradeAccountingAccount, an accounting account that the tax relates to in the wider CII standard. EN 16931 does not use it inside the VAT information. The buyer's accounting reference has its own fields, one for the invoice (BT-19) and one for a line (BT-133).
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. An account in the VAT information has no defined meaning for the recipient, so their software does not use it to post the VAT. It is worth fixing so the reference sits where the buyer's accounting software looks for it.
How to fix it
Delete the SpecifiedTradeAccountingAccount element from the VAT information. If the buyer asked for an accounting reference, enter it in the buyer accounting reference field of the invoice or the line in your invoicing software. If the software writes the element on its own, ask the vendor to fix its CII output.
