BR-FR-CO-10_EXT-FR-FE-69-2: Use each scheme only once for the seller's agent

In short

Fatal: fails the selected checks.

BR-FR-CO-10_EXT-FR-FE-69-2 means two identifiers of the seller's agent (EXT-FR-FE-69) use the same scheme code. Fix it by keeping one identifier per scheme, or by correcting the scheme on the one that is labelled wrongly.

On this page

What it means

The agent acting for the seller has more than one identifier, and at least two of them carry the same scheme code (EXT-FR-FE-70). The test counts the scheme codes on the agent's identifiers and fails when a code appears twice. This is one of the checks under BR-FR-CO-10.

Why it matters

The recipient expects one identifier per kind. With a repeated scheme it cannot tell which number is the agent's, so the file is rejected.

How to fix it

Open the seller's agent details and compare the identifiers. If the same number appears twice, delete one. If they are different numbers of different kinds, give each its own scheme code, for example 0002 for a SIREN and 0009 for a SIRET number.

The rule as published
