What it means
The amount of each third party payment (BT-DEX-002) in the XRechnung extension may have at most two digits after the decimal point. The check reads the amount as written in the file, so 50.000 fails, while 50 and 50.00 pass.
Why it matters
Amounts with more than two decimals cannot be paid or booked exactly. The invoice fails validation and is rejected.
How to fix it
Round the amount of the third party payment to cents. If your software works with more decimals, change its rounding setting or enter the amount by hand. Then check that the amount due for payment still adds up, as BR-DEX-09 checks.
