What it means
When the seller and the buyer are both in Denmark and the buyer's company registration number (BT-47) is given, its scheme identifier (BT-47-1) must be exactly 0184, the code for the Danish CVR number. The check fails when the scheme is missing, empty or any other code. The same rule for the seller is DK-R-014. This rule is part of the Peppol BIS rule sets only.
Why it matters
The scheme tells the recipient what kind of number it is looking at. For a Danish buyer the registration number has to be the CVR number, so any other scheme leaves the recipient unable to check it, and the invoice is rejected.
How to fix it
Open the buyer's details in your invoicing software. The company registration number should be the buyer's CVR number, with its type or scheme set to DK CVR (0184). If you do not have the buyer's CVR number, leave the company registration number out rather than giving it with another scheme.
