What it means
Each postal address in the invoice is a PostalTradeAddress block. The rule checks that the block has no StreetName element. EN 16931 has no separate field for the street name: the street, with the house number, goes in the first address line (BT-35 for the seller, BT-50 for the buyer).
Why it matters
EN 16931 defines the first address line as the place for the street. A StreetName element is not a field the format knows, so the file fails the check and the invoice is rejected.
How to fix it
Put the street name and house number together in the first address line, for example Hauptstraße 12 or 12 High Street. Address forms in invoicing software often have separate street and house number boxes, so check the export or format settings to see how they are joined. If the file is generated, ask your software supplier to write the street into the first address line instead of a StreetName element. In the XML, delete the StreetName line and put its text, followed by the house number, in LineOne.
