What it means
The seller's party details contain a free-text field for additional legal information (BT-33), such as the legal form of the company. The rule has no condition: it raises the warning whenever this field is used.
Why it matters
Nothing is rejected. The Dutch rule set says the field is not applicable to suppliers in the Netherlands.
How to fix it
It is worth fixing only if you want a file without warnings. In your invoicing software, look for a legal form or company information setting that feeds this field and clear it, or turn off the export option that adds it. If you want this text on the printed copy, put it in the footer of your PDF layout.
The rule as published
The use of the seller additional legal information field (cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:CompanyLegalForm) is not recommended, since this is not applicable for suppliers in the Netherlands Where this rule applies
