Sign in to Klarbon with your email address and a 6-digit code, not a password. Opening and checking need no account. Credit packs, plans and email-in do; guest document checkout creates one. Purchases come with a receipt by email, with an e-invoice attachment only where the seller details and purchase allow it.
How do I sign in?
- Enter your email address on the sign-in page.
- Klarbon sends you a 6-digit code. It is valid for 10 minutes.
- Enter the code. You stay signed in on that device for 30 days after your last visit.
If no code arrives, check your spam folder and that the address is spelled correctly, then ask for a new code.

How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, and by local methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact or PayPal where they are offered in your country. Subscriptions can also be paid by SEPA Direct Debit, and a Bookkeeper annual plan by bank transfer against an invoice due in 14 days. Payments are processed by Stripe; Klarbon never sees your card number.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Open billing in your account. You can switch between monthly and annual, move between Pro and Bookkeeper, update your payment method and download past invoices there. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. Bought credits stay on your account.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes. For now, Klarbon sells only to businesses, which enter their VAT number at checkout. If you enter a valid VAT number at checkout, it appears on your invoice and the reverse charge applies where it is due. You can download past invoices from billing in your account.
How do I close my account?
Delete it in your account settings. Deletion happens at once: any subscription is cancelled first so nothing more is charged, then your sign-in, email-in address and personal data are removed. Unspent credits and the plan end with the account. Payment records are kept for the period tax law requires, without your name or email. You can sign up again later with the same email as a new account. Klarbon creates no document archive; see what happens to my files.
