CAMT.053 is the ISO 20022 XML message for a bank-to-customer account statement: the end-of-day record of an account's balances and transactions, in structured fields. It can carry separate structured fields for the counterparty, their IBAN and payment references, rather than relying on bank-specific transaction text. Ask your bank or importer which CAMT.053 versions it supports. Klarbon writes version camt.053.001.02.
What is in a CAMT.053 file?
